Description
The course covers:
- The FAMUS syllabus and accreditation process
- Basic ultrasound physics and knobology
- Thoracic
- Abdominal/renal
- DVT/peripheral vascular scanning
- An introduction to ECHO, which includes practical experience of cardiac scanning. (This is a popular component and is in addition to the FAMUS curriculum)
